Raft, Kayak, and Equipment Rental

At Minam Raft Rental & Shuttle Service we rent top of the line 13', 14', 15', & 16' self-bailing Maravia Rafts. We also have Aire Outfitter inflatable kayaks, Scadden fishing kayaks, small one man pontoon boats for day floats on the Wallowa, and Baylee River Runner Packrafts and NRS Packrafts.

Rafts

We supply the raft, rowing frame (or we can set up paddle rafts), 3 oars, cooler (65-128 quart depending on raft size), cargo floor, cargo net, patch kit, pump, 6 extra 4' straps, 4 lifejackets (we have youth and universal adult sizes all type 5 PFD rating), 4 large drybags, fire pan, portable toilet, and a small ricksack.

Our rafts are set up to carry 4 adults. However they can be adjusted to carry less adults, more kids or a dog or two.

Raft Rental Rates

14', 15', & 16' self-bailing Maravia raft with 1 cooler and 1 dry box $100/day (two day minimum)

13' self bailing Maravia raft with 2 dry boxes & 1 cooler $100/day (two day minimum)

Add a second cooler to the 14', 15', or 16' rafts for an additional $10/day

NRS fishing frames available for our 13' & 14' rafts add $10/day

Additional lifejackets and drybags are available for $5/day

We require a $100 deposit for each raft reserved. We will refund your deposit if cancelled within two weeks of the trip.

Grande Ronde & Wallowa Kayak Rentals

We supply you with an Aire inflatable kayak, one paddle, one life jacket, one pump, and a patch kit for $40/day. Kayak rentals do not include free pickup or drop-off unless it is part of a raft rental.

Dry Suits- We also have a limited number of dry suits available to rent for $35 per day. Call for sizes and availability.

What to Expect

If renting at our shop on the Minam you have the benefit of using our launch on the Wallowa River! Everything will be waiting for you on arrival. We even have ice available for the coolers! All you need to do is load up, complete some paperwork, pay the bill and you are on the river. At the end of your trip, we will meet you at your designated take-out and do the work of dismantling the rafts and hauling them back.
